Job Responsibilities
 
     * Independently write custom Python and SQL code.

     * Respond to client inquiries: Examine analysis specifications for completeness, determine how to execute the analysis with available data, modify specifications as needed, provide an estimated delivery date, and accurately deliver analyses on time with a summary of the key insights.
     * Provide oversight and consultation to Data Scientists and Analysts.
 
Required Qualifications:
 
     * Master’s degree in Statistics, Social Science, Operation Research, Mathematics, or Computer Science with outstanding analytical expertise.
     * 2 to 3 years of experience with one or more of the following: python programming, data manipulation, data integration, weighting, sampling, survey or market research, trend or pattern recognition, statistics, data aggregation techniques, automation, or quality assurance.
     * Must be proficient with Python, Spark, or Scala to develop sharable software with the appropriate technical documentation.
     * Must be proficient in R, SQL, and large-scale databases.
     * Detect and address quality escapes.
     * Pro-actively gather information, as needed, to work independently as well as in a team environment
     * Excellent clear and concise communications skills and have proactive communication with internal/external teams including presentation skills for business setting and technical report writing

Job Description:
The Proposal Writer creates and submits responses that propose the building of workforce systems (CMS/UI/VR/AE) which answer the requests in a format that meets requirements and evaluation criteria identified. The creation of the RFP response includes the gathering and coordination of marketing, management, and development personnel inputs, and writing the response from source documentation (e.g., past proposals). It also includes continuous review of and knowledge of the current workforce systems (CMS/UI/VR/AE) and updating of boilerplate proposal documents.

Duties and Responsibilities
◾Create a shell document for proposal response inputs
◾Analyze requirements and write/create/find RFP responses matching the requirements
◾Find existing responses in previous proposals or boilerplate proposals
◾Use an actual current Geosol system to create up-to-date screens and functionality responses
◾Interview and work with different departments to gather information for any responses not readily available in existing documentation
◾Organize the various inputs and responses to individual requirements to create a formatted and organized draft proposal
◾Coordinate or perform line editing of final response for spelling / grammar / consistency

Job Summary:
Responsible for the Software Development life cycle using the GRID methodology specifically designed for the company. The ideal candidate will be accountable for leading and managing the implementation of workforce development and/or software solutions for state and regional clients.
