A service that’s not just good, but needed by every company with computer users? KnowBe4 is seeking a Technical Evangelist to join our team!

As a critical part of our team, you will help the business world understand the need for our training and the dangers if they do not train their end users. In addition, you will have accountability for:

-Create tools such as technical videos, chalk talks, webinars and best practice guides.
-Deliver technical presentations at tradeshows, conferences and other selected events.
-Track and analyze the competitive landscape and marketing positioning of all competitors.
-Leading social media engagement and operations.
-Identify and build relationships with developers, systems administrators, and other technical influencers.
-Create presentations, speak at technology events, meetups and conferences.
-Write opinion pieces, white papers, sales support tools.
-Participate in conversations on blogs, forums, and other technical communities.
-Monitor trends in discussion topics, social channels, and competitor landscape.
-Maintain and analyze social media performance analytics. Identify opportunities for increased visibility and lead conversion.

Ideal Candidates will have:

-In-depth knowledge of IT security, hacking and social engineering
-Significant technical skills with software as a service development and deployment
-Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
-Interest and experience with community events and evangelism
-Excellent presentation and public speaking skills with a proven track record
-Be able to collaborate effectively across our organization
-Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
-Must be proactive contributor and technical storyteller who is capable of influencing others
