KnowBe4’s recruitment team is expanding. We are looking for an upbeat individual that likes a fast paced environment to join us as a Technical Team Expansion Specialist. We have grown by over 1200% in the last two years and we expect to add another 200 to 250 team members in the next year.


-Recruits varying levels of candidates to fill our open requirements – creative, outside the box thinking is encouraged
-Queries job board databases for candidate resumes Reviews the resumes and qualifies candidates.
-Conducts interviews with candidates, including first level interview and light technical screening
-Develops and maintains a network of technical contacts
-Uploads and updates information into the corporate Applicant Tracking System (ATS) while utilizing our systems to track opportunities and candidates
-Schedules phone screens and face-to-face interviews for candidates.
-Participates in weekly meetings, contributing feedback and updates on open positions and active candidates
-Develops strong relationships with your candidate pool of resources, finding referrals from qualified candidates that aren’t currently interested


-3 years of demonstrated recruiting experience with a proven track record of self-sufficient, full life cycle technical recruiting within the IT sector
-Expertise in recruiting for roles in Software Development, Quality Assurance and other highly technical positions
-Proven ability to assess candidates for the capability to perform job requirements
-Strong understanding of pipelining candidates using a variety of tools and methods
-Possesses an excellent technical knowledge base and maintains knowledge of the technology industry / upcoming trends
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Excellent writing skills required including proper use of grammar and spelling
-Team player that has fun on the job while getting a lot done
