One (1) year of experience
Experience interfacing with customers, internal managers and staff
Knowledge of project management techniques and methodology
Proficient in MS Office to include: Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, and Project
Written and verbal communication skills
Organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Management, IT or Business is preferred.
PMP is a plus
Knowledge of Agile methodology is desired
Required Screenings:
Criminal background and professional reference check.

Job Description:
The Sr. Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing hands-on support and assistance to the Project Managers. You will need to apply skills in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: coordinating client and internal resources; setting deadlines; summarizing and communicating the progress of all assigned projects; and other support duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot issues that come up in the course of a project
Develop project plans and see them through to completion
Communicate project objectives to all teams involved
Meet daily with internal team members to identify priority work items
Ensure timely and accurate completion of sprint work, Top 10, Incidents and responses to customer requests in OPC tickets
All other duties as assigned

Days & Hours:
Monday thru Friday, full time position.
