We are looking for a Director of IT to join our team. This position will play an integral part in leading our internal global information systems strategy. Ensuring the highest standards of excellence in supporting the confidentiality, availability and integrity of information while delivering systems that not only meet business requirements but also fit within a scalable framework supporting our long-term expansion.

Primary Responsibilities

-Support the continued rapid growth of the organization by establishing and leading systems integration, procurement, vendor analysis/selection and gap analysis efforts within our global IT organization
-Maintain IT policies, procedures and standards that support our long-term IT strategy, support the business, and manage risk effectively (e.g. SDLC, implementation, project management, change management, build standards, etc.)
-Collaborate across the organization to understand and anticipate information and system requirements and identify common needs across the business
-Ensure the seamless introduction and delivery of new technologies and processes to the environment while maintaining the confidentiality, availability and integrity of information
-Manage technology budgets and spending across the organization and in alignment with long-term strategies, ensuring world-class vendor and risk management practices are followed
-Other duties as required

Education and Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or relevant field
-Proven experience at the director level or in a similar leadership role in a large/public organization
-Knowledge of IT disciplines, including large-scale project management, cloud technologies, enterprise and data architecture, strategic planning, system development, software acquisition, computer operations management, client support services, end user computing, contract management and asset management
-Experience managing technology budgets and spending
-Superior leadership, organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
