A-LIGN’s world class sales team is looking to capitalize on the momentum of rapid recent growth and $54 million in private equity in the strategically important cybersecurity and compliance industry. An integral part of that strategy is growing our team of BDRs.

The Business Development Representative is responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for A-LIGN’s sales organization. The position lays the foundation for a successful sales career with a path toward advancement within A-LIGN for those willing to work for that goal.

REPORTS TO: Outbound Sales Manager

• Act as the front line for A-LIGN by engaging with prospective customers
• Source a pipeline via direct outreach
• Immediately and frequently interact with potential clients
• Uncover qualified new business opportunities
• Attend conferences, including introductions & follow-ups (Booth Representative)
• Conduct research on our Industry and target clients
• Adapt quickly to our fast-paced, dynamic organization


Bachelor’s degree in related discipline

• 0-2 years of experience in sales/business development
• Full-life cycle sales experience in the professional services industry is a plus
• Experience selling IT auditing, information security, or compliance services a plus
• Salesforce experience is a huge plus
